Magic Crust Custard Pie



Ingredients



  • Butter ¼ cup
  • 4 eggs
  • Sugar ¾ cup
  • Pinch of salt
  • Milk 2 cups
  • Vanilla essence 1 tsp heaped
  • Flour ½ cup
  • Nutmeg ¼ tsp



METHOD


Put all the ingredients into a blender, blend for 30 seconds, pour into greased 9 inch pie pan, and sprinkle with nutmeg. Microwave for 7min...you can also bake for 45 mins on180c temp. The flour will settle to make its own crust.

Haryali Murg Tikka



Ingredients



  • Boneless chicken cubes -½ kg 
  • Ginger garlic paste- 1½ tsp
  • Green coconut chatni- 2 tbsp
  • Tandoori masala- 2 tbsp
  • cumin seeds crushed- ½ tsp
  • All spice- ½ tsp
  • Crushed red pepper- ½ tsp
  • Salt- ½ tsp 
  • Cream- 3 tbsp
  • Thick yogurt -2 tbsp
  • Oil -1 tbsp













METHOD

Marinate chicken with all the given ingredients for 2 hours, give dum of coal, put on skewers, grill in 2 tbsp oil or butter. Serve with imli ki chatni and paratha

Choco Banana French Toast


ingredients;



  1. Eggs - 5
  2. Chocolate milk -2/3 cup
  3. Banana - 2 (mashed)
  4. Bread - 10 slices
  5. Butter as required
  6. Banana or strawberry (optional, sliced)
  7. Maple syrup, chocolate syrup or jam
  8. Butter as required
Preparation;

  • Beat eggs in a bowl then add chocolate milk and mashed bananas.
  • Heat up butter in frying pan or griddle.
  • Dip bread slices in egg mixture until it just soaks up some of the mixture.
  • Fry bread from both sides until golden brown.
  • Serve topped with bananas or strawberries, if desired.
  • Drizzled with syrup or spread with jam.
