Capsicum Gosht

capsicum ghost is mutton cooked along with capsicum slightly spicy version,but tastes excellent... do give it a try ...



Ingredients;
  1. mutton - 500gms
  2. onions chopped- 2 medium size
  3. tomatoes chopped - 2 medium size
  4. capsicum roughly chopped - 3  - 4
  5. ginger garlic paste - 1 tbsp
  6. red chiili powder - 1 tsp
  7. tumeric powder    - 1/4 tsp
  8. salt as required
  9. oil  - 1/2 cup
  10. chopped coriander leaves  - 1/2 cup
Method;
  1. Heat oil in a cooker, add onions and cook till translucent, then add ginger garlic paste and saute for few minutes
  2. Add mutton and salt and stirr
  3. Then add tomatoes and cook till it turns mushy, then add chilli powder, tumeric powder and stir..
  4. Add 1/2 cup of  water and close the lid and leave it for pressure for 4-5 whistle
  5. Open the cooker add the chopped capsicum and cook till the water dries up and oil oozes out from
  6. the gravy
  7. Thats it...tansfer the capsicum gosht to a serving bowl garnish with chopped coriander and serve hot
  8. This is a main course dish, you can serve with chappati, rice etc
